Deadly Angels (1979) a movie made in the Phillipines starring gangsters in rusty US-cars who steer and crash straight into trees in places where absolutely nobody would hit something , an outlaw motorcycle gang on 50ccm Mopeds! and cars exploding while hitting each other at 7 mph. I would like to add following films as nominees :
