On another note, the RIAA just got sued for systematically taking people to court who didn´t have enough computer knowledge to defend themselves. The important point about bringing in this kind of "evidence", though, is who you're trying to convince you're right. An elderly judge or — heaven forbid! — a jury might well fall for this kind of logic. Like: "That guy showed me that you can download stuff with that, now that MUST be illegal!".
